Details: possible tornado on F28 1 mile West of NL exit: 4 from I 380 at 7:19pm on 07/18/07 Taken via cell phone by: Adam Weeks of North Liberty. It was rotating slowly and was all the way to the ground, it was comming over a bean field and was very calm until it passed at which point it got very windy and rainy.
